Just looked in my User Home folder and found an empty folder called 'deletetbXPFEv' what is it from? Can i delete it? Should I worry?

deletetbXPFEv folder... what is it?

As it's in your User folder, it could be a folder you accidentally created (via keyboard shortcuts) and renamed, when you thought you were typing something and somewhere else. It could also be something inadvertently created by some app. Whatever the case, if you delete it and an app did create it, it will likely re-create it. It can't hurt anything to delete it.
