Deleting a single phone call.

I am sure this has been answered before, but i cannot find the thread.
I am wondering if there is a way to delete a single phone call of the iPhone? or if there is a app that allows you to do this.

Non-jailbroken, Pre-iOS 5, I don't think it can be done.

Just hate the 1 800 ad numbers that say " you have won an exclusive trip for 2 to mexico bla bla bla'
