Hi

I'm new to using .ics files but have used iCal for awhile now.

I was sent an .ics file and when I imported it into iCal, I accidentally added it into an existing group with other events already in the calendar, rather than creating a new group for it.

Is there a way to delete the .ics import, without deleting the entire group (with my other events), and without having to individually just delete every event that was imported?

Thanks

There is no way to undo the changes directly. But you can open up Calendar and search for a term that is unique to those imported events. Then in the search area click the first one and holding shift click the last one. Right click the selected events and choose delete.

You might have to do this a few times if the events do not share common words, but hopefully you can do it quickly. You can also use the command key (⌘) to individually select/unselect events.
