I bought a MacBook running High Sierra today that has APFS format and it kept trying to boot to the small installer partition. I'm not sure why it has that and it is unusable because it just crashes when it tries to boot it. I don't see why it is there or why they would do that. (any ideas why?). I set the startup disk to the HD OSX volume (the only option) and it didn't try to boot up from the installer anymore.

Regardless, I want it gone. It's taking up 4gb of space. See my screen shots and please tell me how to get rid of that volume. Thanks! :)
