Deleting apps from launchpad

Friends, i recently bought M1 macbook pro 8gb/512gb, i installed few apps from app store, and i deleted from finder applications and it goes to recycle bin, i tried to delete apps from launch pad and it deleted directly without throwing them to recycle bin, so does it mean it just deleted the app icon or it has deleted the complete app?

It uninstalled the app.
