Deleting apps from Lion

Hi.

I want to know if i purchase an app from Mac App Store and then i want to delete it, if i go to launchpad delete the app from there with the (x) button will be the same deleting it with a cleaner program like TrashMe. The launchpad will delete everything related with the program like the second?

Furthermore one more question. I downloaded AutoCAD 2012 for Mac and in launchpad AutoCAD put a Remove AutoCAD app icon. Is there anyway to remove that icon from there?
