iPod touch Deleting apps when I plug it in?

everytime I connect my Ipod touch to Itunes, Itunes deletes all the apps?

In iTunes, are the apps still in your library?
With your Touch connected, click on the iPod Touch icon and bring up the screen with multiple tabs showing your music, videos, apps, etc.
Make sure your iPod is set to synch all of those apps from your library that you want. You should be OK then.

Mine does that every so often, iTunes seems to deselect all or most of my apps, haven't figured out why yet

Easy enough to reselect the apps you want to sync, bit of a pain though

I know-- that's how I figured out how to fix it. The confusing part is why it happens so randomly. Luckily, it's pretty rare.
