Deleting audio ports in Sound Preferences

I recently downloaded and installed 'Soundflower' but then decided it wasn't for me so I uninstalled it....but the port options for 'Soundflower' in Sound Preferences are still there even though they are redundant. I looked in Audio Midi Setup via Utilities and they are there as well as I expected but I can't figure a way to delete them for good....help would be gratefully appreciated...
