Deleting Automator File?

I made this calendar event and it didn't work (I don't know why) so I want to delete the file I created.
But Mac doesn't want to delete it.
I deleted all the events which was created whereupon the automator edit.
It's insane you can't delete a file you made.
How can I delete it?

You did not create that file unless you did on my system as well.
