Have Mac-Mini (2013), Mavericks 10.9, Safari 7.0.
I would like to delete some unwanted cookies.
In Safari, Preferences, Privacy I found the spot. I do not want to delete all cookies. The problem is, the cookies window does not stand still, the cookies jump around, if I click one, the window jumps to another cookie, or goes blank. And the cookie is still there.
It's like a carnival side show shooting booth...see if you can hit the moving target and win a teddy bear.
Is this the normal way to delete cookies in Safari?

I found the solution. Firewall was off. I turned it on and all the cookies stayed in place and the ones to delete were easy to highlight.
