OK, so far I am happy with my jump from Android to the iPhone 4s but deleting emails is a bit annoying... what happens:

I open email, decide it should die, hit delete, and it deletes it then goes and opens the next email.

what I am used to:

I open email, decide it should die, hit delete, and it deletes it then goes and it goes back to the inbox.

Is there any setting to get the iPhone to do that instead? I can not seem to find one.

Thanks!

If you're in the inbox seeing the emails, it will work as you want. However, if you're inside an email reading it and you delete it, it will go to the next email as if it's being read, not back to the inbox list. No way to change that. If you want to delete without reading, do it at the inbox level, not the reading level.
