Deleting Final Cut Pro projects

I have just finished a FCP project in FCP 5 and have deleted it i think, but i'm not sure if i have deleted all the files (i also had used compressor on it so i'm not sure if that makes any hidden files anywhere). Is there anyway i can check that i have deleted all parts on the projects? I deleted all capture scratch, render files, autosave vaults, Waveform Cache Files, Audio Render Files and the actual project.

Looking at your list, you've deleted everything FCP related except Thumbnail Cache Files, which is usually only a couple of megabytes. The only other thing would be files you imported into your project, such as videos and photos, unless you wish to keep them on your computer.
