Drag it to the trash. 
Or you can use an application to remove all traces of files related to the application. Use something like "AppCleaner".

several applications have an uninstall option in the dmg file. also, you can use appzapper to use remove applications and all of their related files.
AppCleaner is almost a carbon copy of AppZapper, and it's free. Not sure why anyone would buy AppZapper at this point.
