Deleting iOS Backups

I'm going through files and trying to remove ones I do not need to free up space. I found some really large ones:

MyIpad last accessed 10/18/19 32.84GB
Another iPad Last accessed 4/16/20 19.01 GB
iOS 13.1.3 for iPad Pro (12.9-inch) 3.74GB

1. If I decide I no longer need these backups, can I just delete them without it affecting anything else?
2. For clarification, these are backups that were made when I last plugged in my iPads into my Mac?
