I just deleted messages on my iPhone and they deleted from my Apple Watch. I then did one again and watched as it disappeared from the Apple Watch. Something a lot of us have wanted for a long time. I haven’t changed any settings and just noticed it for the first time.
I tried doing it in reverse. Deleting from Apple Watch didn’t make it delete from the iPhone. But that’s fine. Very grateful to have this working!
