iPod touch Deleting iPod Touch Apps

Is there any way to delete apps from the itouch that came with the original product? I'm talking apps like Clock, Calculator, Notes, etc., not ones that I have downloaded myself and that can be deleted through iTunes.

Nope, not on just a standard iPod touch. Only if you jailbreak the device, which will void the warranty.

I know, it can be such a pain, I'd love to remove the Stocks app, that thing never gets used!

I've relegated little used apps to the last page of my app listings. I almost never go back there.
