iPad Deleting iTunes Playlist from iPad?!

I had my iPad connected to my iTunes and started deleting playlists from my iPad (on my iPad).

Now the 5 playlists (over 200 songs on each) are missing from iTunes...but they're listed on my iPhone?

Can someone please help me fix this?

Should I use a Time Machine restore?

I want these Playlists back!

If you have a time machine backup that is the easiest.

I wouldn't recommend doing a sync as the deletion was the more current act and iTunes might think you want to delete them also from your iPhone.

If time machine is no good you could try flipping your iPhone into manually manage music and see if you can drag the playlists off the iPhone into iTunes.
