I spent a fair amount of time searching how to delete or adjust margins in Power Point 2011 for Mac when printing. I found instructions for other operating systems or other versions of Power Point, but not for Power Point 2011 for Mac.

I finally figured how to do it so I'm posting it here in case someone else is searching for this (I hope they can find this post!).

Within Power Point, once you're ready to print, either to a printer or to PDF:

1. Click File - Print
2. Go To Page Setup
3. Select Paper Type under "Slides sized for"
4. Go to Options
4. Go to Paper Size
5. Go to "Manage Custom Sizes"
6. Go to the "Non-printable area" section, make sure it says "User defined"
7. Set all margins to 0.
8. Click Ok
9. Click OK
10. Select "Scale to Fit Paper"
11. Ready to print!!

Regards to everyone on this helpful forum!
