Apps Deleting Music and Photos in Watch App

I've started wearing my AW4 while I'm beta testing WatchOS 7 but it says that storage is full try deleting music or photos from the iPhone watch app How do I do this from the watch app.

Tap Watch app.
Scroll down until you see Music.
Tap Music and tap anything visible in that view.
Remove them.
