I want to get rid of all this, both locally, and on the .Mac server. Basically, I want to start over with iLife '08 when it comes.

I feel stupid for asking, but how do I do this? I'm thinking...

Mount .Mac icon to my desktop, browse to \Web\Sites\iWeb\Site and delete everything in there?

Then locally just delete my "Welcome" and "Sonoma Race" files below the "Site" icon in iWeb?

You're right about the iDisk/.Mac side, but it might be easier to remove your iWeb references by simply deleting the iWeb folder from your Home folder's Application Support folder. It contains a file named Domain that holds all your iWeb site details.

Hey Mad,
You just totally SAVED my butt from an hour or 2 of frustration trying to get my new iWeb from iLife 08 to work. It kept crashing every time I opened it.

So I did what you said and deleted that DOMAIN folder in the apps support folder, and presto! I'm back baby!

thx

Looks like there's more to the remote stuff than I thought there was...

\Web\Sites\index.html

\Web\Sites\iWeb\Site\index.html

Do I delete those in addition to the folder at:

\Web\Sites\iWeb\Site\

Just delete the iWeb folder and index.html from your Sites folder. The other index.html file you're talking about will get removed along with the iWeb folder. :)
