recently, my usb cable is dying on me so that it only works when the cable is at certain angles.
when syncing music/movies on to my ipod, it sometimes disconnects before fully syncing. However, when i resync it, the space does not come back so now i have just over 3.4 GIGs of "other"
i was wondering if neone knew if there was a temp folder on the ipod touch that i could possibly access using winscp so that i can delete those other files...
thx in advance

The same thing happened to me too! Cept I have 561.7mb of "Other" space! I ideally don't want to restore again especially since I just restored less than a week ago!

Also..I'm on a PC <_<! Please don't flame me for that!

deleting "Other" files on iPod touch

I also have a problem with this. What I'd like to do is to be able to view these "Other" files and safely delete those that I do not need.

Sorry Folks

But it happened to Me and I had to restore.
Happened to me whilst my cable fell out of my Touch aswell, but the only remedy i have encountered is a full restore.
