Deleting photo folders iPhone 4S

Hi,

I have a folder on my PC containing all the photos I want to sync to my iPhone 4S or iPad2.

In iTunes I marked "Sync Photos from" and selected the appropriate folder.

However, on both devices I now have 2 libraries, each with exactly the same number of photos:
1. Photo Library (I assume this is the iOS default)
2. My Pictures (this is the library I want to sync)

If I unmark the checkbox in iTunes then ALL photos are deleted...

Note I'm not asking about photos taken using the iPhone/iPad.

First you need to get a professional photo recovey for iPhone. You can use Wondershare Data Recovery for iTunes. I use it and Sync Photos.
