Does anyone know how to choose all photos on iCloud to delete. My photo library on my iPhone became corrupted with multiple duplicates of the same picture. I had around 5k pictures (actual pictures), because of the duplicates it shows more pictures.

What I did was turn off iCloud Photo Library on my iPhone and had to manually choose like 5,300 photos and delete them on my phone, but on iCloud.com when I select photos all the photos are still there (including the duplicate photos). I’m afraid if I turn on Photo Library on my PC and phone it’ll re-download again duplicates to my iPhone.

What I want to do is have the entire iCloud Photo Library emptied so I can start fresh, but choosing on my computer one picture at a time with like 5k plus picture to choose seems like an eternity. I see not options to “select all” or at least select by bulk. Thank you in advanced.
