Deleting Photos

Hi All,

When I got my iPhone 6 last night I set it up as a new phone, however today there were some photos on it from my old iPhone. When I went to delete these it said they would be deleted from all my devices will this include my iPhoto library on my iMac as well ?

just looked and more photos were added whats going on ?
