Thank you! You didn't save my marriage as I have nothing to hide but I do have some unnecessary photos that are plain annoying.

Hmm... just tried but the photo stream photos still show on my iPhone under "Photo Stream."

After resetting photostream, you have to disable photostream on your iphone to delete the pictures. Once you've done that, then you can re-enable.
