eyoungren macrumors Nehalem Aug 31, 2011 30,345 30,007 Sep 19, 2015 #2 If you select Local Storage in PKGBackup it shows you the folder where they are stored: /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/PKGBackup I imagine you'd just navigate (using your preferred method) to the folder and delete the backup.
