I need help deleting playlists on my ipod mini.

I wanted to murge about 2 or 3 of my playlists into 1 because I didn't have many songs on each of them. So, I made a new playlist for all of those songs, but I don't want those other playlists on my ipod anymore because they are just making my ipod menu cluttered. I know how to delete songs, but I just need to know how to delete the actual playlist.
I hope someone can help and I hope you understand my question.

Thanks

Yes, I think I understand. You have a playlist that you made in iTunes, you sync'd it to your iPod, and now you don't want it anymore, right?

If you do not want it in either iTunes or the iPod, click on it in the left side of iTunes, where the playlists are listed, and hit the <delete> key, and then sync the iPod again, and it will be gone.

If you want it on your iTunes and not on your iPod, it's a little more complicated....
