Deleting podcasts from iTunes

Ok, I swear, even just yesterday, When I delete a podcast (hit delete), it asks of I want to move it to trash or keep it.

But now, when I hit delete, it asks to 'delete file', and if I click on it, it just deletes it, skipping the trash. When did this change? Have I got a secret update?
