iPod Deleting previously played songs in iTunes DJ....

Recently had to have my Hard Drive replaced. I am now running iTunes 10.1.2. For some reason it now shows previous play songs in light gray colour in my iTunes DJ. Anyone have any idea how to make these go away ?
