Deleting Safari tabs from an old iPhone?

So I recently exchanged my iPhone 5 at the Apple store. Before giving it up I wiped the device through settings. But the Safari tabs for that device still appear on all of my devices. Anyone know how to delete these seeing as I don't have the phone they originated from?

They will. I can confirm this. The tabs and the section for that device will go away after a week.
