Deleting Theme

Hello.

I have recently added and installed a theme to OS 10 that made all applications except the one you are seeing transparent. But now I can't delete it. Is there a file to delete all possible third-party themes?

What was the name of the theme or theme changing app? It should come with an uninstaller or something similar. The developer's site may have some hints too.
