Deleting themes add via USB

I use iPhone Explorer to add downloaded themes to my iP4.

But it wont let me remove them.

Does anyone know a program that will let me remove files from my iphone 4

i installed the Frost lockscreen and the text and time are there. but none of the images are loading up?

any solutions?

Are you Using windows or Mac? And are you trying to delete the whole folder? If I remember correctly, iPhone explorer won't let you delete folders until there is nothing in them. If you are using windows you can try iPhone browser instead.
