Deleting Themes in Chrome

hey guys! quick question, i was wondering how i could delete themes that i downloaded from google chrome.
everytime i downloaded them, while it downloads it'll show up in my folder but once it finishes it, it automatically applies it and disappears from the folder.
i checked
chrome://extensions/in
and it says no extensions. Does the browser not keep themes installed?
when i click "reset default theme" does that mean the theme i installed automatically deletes?

Yes, whenever you get a new theme or reset the theme, the previous theme is deleted. This is because themes are only a few kilobytes large.
