I have a iPad air 4 that I use for specific tasks. I recently fully restored it, and it booted up with all the apple bloatware.

I only want the bare minimum apps on there, so I went through and deleted all the crap I will never use, like magnifier and such.

Anyway I deleted the TV app, and a pop up came up about something regarding my Paramount subscription, and I foolishly clicked delete.

It seems that it has canceled my Paramount Plus subscription. This is very odd because I didn't sign up through apple at all. It is a big problem for me though since I am having issues reinstating my promotional account through TMobile.

Why would deleting the TV app on an iPad, unsubscribe me from a completely unrelated app?

I think T-Mobile's promo was for both AppleTV and Paramount+ for 1 year and then you pay. So TM probably had them linked together. Guessing you'll need to contact TM.
