So I've searched and searched and have only found old methods that no longer work. I've got the latest iOS on my phone, and latest iTunes on my Macbook...

I've got old apps that I have deleted from my phone, and no longer want to show up in my purchase history (I bet you guys can figure out why, ha) but they still show up in my iTunes purchase history on my computer, and my app store purchase history on my iPhone.

I can't even hide then. Is there ANYTHING I can do?

Apple still lets you hide purchases. Unless something has changed that I don't know about. Cause of the whole U2 free music crap Apple put in everyone iTunes account that some people didn't want.

You can hide the icons & names from appearing on your purchased list of apps on the phone.

The little 'x' is now hidden but if you click on the top left corner of the app icon that you want hidden, while in iTunes, the cursor will change shape. This will remove purchase history on your phone.

Doubt you can remove history inside iTunes though.
