Hey there,
maybe the answer is too obvious...
I baught an old 5.1 MacPro with Big Sur and OpenCore on the start up SSD.
There is a 120GB SSD with Big Sur on it.
And Open Core, so I get a boot screen with a RX580 graphics card.
Two Volumes...
1. MacOSBigSur - Daten (User, boot, library, previous content, applications, system)
2. Update (controller, db, firmware, hardware, etc.... )
Why does it say 120GB shared by 5 Volumes?
Do I need the Volume with "Update" on it?
Can I remove the "Update" APFS Volume, without loosing data?
And how do I do that?
And why does it say 5 volumes?
Maybe someone can help?
Thank you in advance.
Edit:
Disregard...
Once I learned, that APFS is completely different than partitions...
and that disks/partitions/volumes/containers are called different now...
I managed to google it.
