I have V1 and am very happy with it but now I keep getting messages telling me to upgrade. Is it worth upgrading, can anyone tell me what v2 does that v1 doesn't because it doesn't seem clear from their website.

DL is so good I never even consider the debate. I have had DL2 for too long to recall but I am just as impressed in it as the first day I laid eyes on DL1. It does what it says and runs fine. If you were lucky enough like me you scored the iPhone DL app too which works with it prior to the pull by Amazon (bleh). Just do it you know you want to.
