Check your UPS tracking. I was pleasantly surprised to see my 5s is due to arrive today instead of Thursday. Ordered 32gb AT&T Space Grey from Apple, standard shipping.

Seems like anytime I get an Apple shipment from China it's a day early... if you use the tool to calculate transit time, it always says the real date (they add a day on the tracking, I'm assuming has to do with it crossing the date line or maybe padding in case of customs delay).
