I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro on the Apple website shortly after it launched. It still says "processing - scheduled for shipment after 11/21/19"?

Is this normal when ordering directly from Apple that it generally takes longer? I see the new iPhone 11 Pros everywhere and even in stock at the local Best Buy?

Depends largely on the model and storage that you ordered, but if you ordered that early on I’d be concerned you’ve not received it yet. Has any money been taken from the card you used to pay?

I’d contact Apple and ask for an update to make sure nothings gone wrong or glitched anywhere.

I ordered the 11 Pro - Midnight Green with 256GB - No SIM Card

I used the new Apple Card (Goldman Sachs), but it has not been charged yet.

Define shortly? Like release day? If so, something is definitely wrong, but either way, I'd reach out to support.

If you ordered for delivery to your home, that is your window. You can try to order one that is in stock in a store for pickup, which means you can get it sooner.

You will be in processing or preparing to ship until November.
