Delivery + In Store Reservation?

Ok, so now that Apple has fixed that " you must complete order in store glitch," I can now order for July 14 ship date. If I put this order in, it would be a good fallback in case my apple store runs out of reservation units by the time I get to the store. If the store doesn't run out, I would just cancel the order. Is this a good idea? :eek:
 
Seems like a good idea to me.

EDIT: I was charged immediately, so make sure you have extra funds just in case. :eek:

If you are upgrading and complete the apple order they will remove you ability to upgrade. So when you go to get your reservation you will either have to have an available line to upgrade on or add a line. I would never count on canceling the order and restoring you upgrade ability.
 
I have same question. Can you cancel pre-order before it ships if you are able to get an iPhone before that?
