Does the 20.1 Dell lcd monitor have a tv (rg6) connection. I want to buy one to use it as a tv as well as my monitor (since it has PIP), and if it doesn't have that connection I will have to use a vcr or another converter. Has anyone else tried this? How is the quality?

The short answer is no. As you suggest, you'd have to use something like a VCR to give you an S-Video or Composite connection to the monitor. But then the VCR becomes your tuner and you can't tape on a different channel.
