Dell 2007WFP

A friend of mine is looking to upgrade his 21 in. Dell 2007WFP monitor and I might buy it from him. What do you think is a decent amount for me to offer him? It is about a year old, very good condition, and has no dead pixels. I was going to check the Dell Outlet, but it seems to be down for the time being.

Well I would offer your lowest amount and then go from there. Start at like 175.00. Just my two cents
