Dell 2405 230v UK version - will it work in the US 110v?

Hi

Am moving from the UK -> USA for a year and want to take my gear with me. Does anyone have any idea if my dell 2405 will work in the USA, as you guys use 110v plugs over there?

Thanks for any info you could give
