Dell 2405 and HDCP...is it an issue?

I'm starting to keep my eyes peeled for good prices on the 2405fpw...but I notice that some folks are bothered by the fact that it does not yet support HDCP. From what I've seen, HDCP seems to really be an issue for HD media playing through Vista in the future.

Is HDCP gonna find its way into OSX/TV tuners, cause id like to play this content when the time comes? or is it too early to worry about that junk?

I think it applys to satnd alone DVD players.

And by the time the bloody next gen DVD players finally do come out a suitable monitor will be quite affordable.
