Dell 720 Printer with Macbook

Is there anyway to get my Dell 720 printer working? It's plugged directly into my macbook. I can't seem to find any os x drivers for it.

I'm also hoping there's someway to backdoor around the driver issue. Maybe find another driver that happens to work?

The Dell 720 is a rebranded Lexmark z615. If you have not deleted your complement of preinstalled drivers, then the driver for the Lexmark version is on your computer. If not, then you can download the current driver from Lexmark.

I downloaded the lexmark program and it couldnt find the printer as I was going through it. Maybe I'm just a moron? Maybe it's because the printer goes through a powered hub? Maybe I'm just an idiot? Did anyone get this working?

Try it without the hub.

Although it seems logical that it should work, I haven't yet heard of any success using the Lexmark driver with a Dell printer. It seems the driver doesn't recognize the Dell printer.
