Dell Laptop Keyboard Skipping/Jumping

My 2021 11th gen i5 Dell laptop, is driving me mad with keyboard skips/jumps.

Does this warrant returning to Dell, or any tips to improve.

more online searches yesterday, shows historical similar keyboard issues via dell forums.
Seems bios update cured the fault.
My dell is on 3rd bios update, I'll contact support soon.
