Hello,

I am an Italian user with a severe motor disability.
I'm contacting you because, to use my smartphones, I use applications that allow remote control via PC. I recently bought an iPhone 12 Pro and it arrived today, so I installed Dell Mobile Connect, the only application that should allow remote control via PC. Unfortunately, however, the cursor is not minimally controllable, even following the present guide (activate AssistiveTouch, etc ...). The iPhone is updated to the latest version available, like the application on the iPhone and Windows 10.
I kindly ask for your support, because remote control is the only method that allows me to use my iPhone and, in general, my smartphones (but with Android smartphones I have no problems).
Thank you very much,

Mattia
