Dell monitor with built in webcam

I just picked up a few Crystal monitors for myself from Dell and they use USB speakers and USB camera with the same cable. They both work fine but the OS X volume control doesn't adjust the speakers, I have to do that from the monitor itself.

wow that monitor looks pretty sweet, and the price tag isnt bad at all either!
