Dell P2414H or U2312HM IPS Monitor for Mac mini

hi guys im looking for best value for money here and im not clued up with monitors as ive never bought one before. Any advice is helpful. I will be using the mini for Logic Pro X and a few games here and there.

I've seen a Dell p2414h for £111 with warranty.

OR

Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM for £110 with warranty.
