Dell Printer 922 not working with macbook

My sister has a new macbook and her old dell 922 printer isnt working with it. I've done some searching and found out that most dell printers are made by lexmark, but I still cant find any drivers for mac os X so if anyone could please help me it would save my sister a lot of money, thanks.

I have a Dell Photo Printer 720 and tried to work it with my Macs and it wouldn't work, so I called Dell and they said none of their printers are compatible with Apples.
